Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive CASA acquisition, cross-selling, and business growth within the retail banking division. The role involves leading a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive CASA acquisition through New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, ensuring target achievement in numbers, value, and product mix. Conduct customer prospecting, need assessment, and product presentations to enhance sales conversions. Ensure end-to-end account opening process compliance, including KYC verification and document validation. Achieve cross-sell targets across multiple banking products such as third-party products (TPP), assets, and RTD values. Maintain high quality of accounts in terms of Average Monthly Balance (AMB) and fraud compliance. Minimize account attrition and manage AOF rejection rates effectively. Lead, train, and mentor a team of six to achieve business objectives.
